Refund Policy

By purchasing any coaching services, courses, programs, or products from Stephanie De La Sol, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment, refund, and cancellation terms.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales of coaching services, programs, digital courses, and other offerings are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to the nature of coaching and digital content delivery, once a purchase has been made, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be granted.

• If you enroll in a coaching program, you are committing to the full duration and payment of the program.

• Partial use of services does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

• Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, lack of participation, or dissatisfaction with results, as individual progress depends on personal commitment and effort.

 

2. Payment Plans & Financial Responsibility

If you choose a payment plan, you are legally responsible for completing all payments as agreed. Failure to make timely payments may result in:

• Suspension or termination of services.

• Additional fees for late or failed payments.

• Collection actions for unpaid balances, including but not limited to legal claims.

By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize Stephanie De La Sol to process recurring payments on the agreed schedule using the payment method provided.

 

3. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email or the designated scheduling system.

• Missed sessions: If you fail to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be granted.

• Emergencies: If an unforeseen emergency arises, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Stephanie De La Sol on a case-by-case basis.

 

4. No Guarantees on Results

Coaching is a collaborative process that requires dedication, effort, and personal responsibility. While Stephanie De La Sol provides guidance, strategies, and tools, your results depend on your commitment and execution. There are no guarantees of specific outcomes, business success, financial earnings, or personal transformations.

By purchasing any services, you acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or financial advice, and you accept full responsibility for your choices and actions.

 

5. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By proceeding with any purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You voluntarily waive any right to disputes, chargebacks, or claims against Stephanie De La Sol related to payments, refunds, or cancellations.
