At the age of 50, I found myself standing at a crossroads, the kind that shakes you to your core. My marriage was ending. My body and mind had been through hell with just "life". I had re-entered an industry I thought I left behind. As a, now single mom, I felt the weight of it all—the uncertainty, the exhaustion, the pressure to rebuild. I felt lost, raw, and unsure of what was next. But here’s the thing: my rock bottom wasn’t the end of my story. It was the beginning of my rise.

I’ve always been a seeker, of knowledge, of balance, of that something more that we all crave. From a young age, I was fascinated with transformation, as I had to transform myself to fit into a world that was new to me. I wanted to understand that world and understand what makes people thrive, what holds them back, and how we can create lives that feel expansive and free. I devoured whatever I could on mindset, spirituality, business, and personal development. I studied Feng Shui and learned how our external spaces mirror our internal world. I explored travel as a way to realign with my purpose and shake off what no longer served me. And through it all, I have now built a career that reflects my passion for guiding others toward their own breakthroughs.
